Although having robust backup and disaster recovery solutions in place will help you quickly recover from any failure, the real business availability goal is to ensure you can recover from system failure with no interruption at all. High Availability (HA) solutions provide that extra level of protection, and Network Recovery HA solutions are a flexible and cost-effective way of achieving this.

HA refers to a strategy that allows for nearly 100% accessibility of systems. It serves to create business resiliency, helping to prevent a single point of failure. By utilising replication technologies and storage area networks in conjunction with co-location facilities, HA and Disaster Recovery processes can often be addressed at the same time. Based on industry-leading technologies (i.e., CA XOsoft, Doubletake, Neverfail etc.) our HA solutions offer real time off-site replication that ensures an up to the second copy of your data is available.

The service works by connecting your main production site to a dedicated, secure area within our Recovery Centre via a private communications link. If there is a primary data processing failure, the back-up server in our facility automatically functions as your production server.
